All no-shows and appointments canceled less than 48 hours before scheduled service time will be charged 50% of your scheduled service cost. Just a friendly reminder, please arrive on time for your scheduled service to avoid a late fee. Your stylist has set aside this special time just for you to give you the quality service you need and deserve. Some services may incur a nominal surcharge due to the additional time and product required for longer/thicker hair. This ensures we can provide the best possible service and results for your specific hair needs. We do not allow children or additional guest in salon unless they're being serviced.
